What if I don’t know the budget or exact scope?
Start with what you know. Budget and extra project details are optional, and the assistant can help you describe the work more clearly.
What happens to my project photos?
Optional images are sent to the AI service to help understand your request. TAPNET does not save the image files with your request. The text conversation and reviewed summary are saved when you submit.
Will every request receive quotes?
Quotes depend on participating businesses, service area, project fit, and availability. TAPNET cannot guarantee a quote or a response time.
Do I need a new account to compare quotes?
You can use the private quote link sent to your verified contact channel. Keep that link private.
