Change Backup Account Password

Change backup account password is done through the backup client application. Follow the steps below to change the backup account password. TAP For 15 Day Trial

TAPNET Cloud Backup Client

1. Click On TAPNET Logo

Click on little down arrow with the TAPNET logo to open the menu illustrated on the image below.

Click On File Menu

2. Click On TAPNET CLOUD ACCOUNT

As illustrated on the image above, click on the top item called TAPNET CLOUD ACCOUNT. The popup window will open as illustrated below.

Click Change Password

3. Click On Change Password

As illustrated on the image above, click on blue link labelled Change Password. The popup window will open as illustrated below.

4. Change Password Popup

As illustrated on the image above, enter the online backup email address used to create the backup account during the checkout process. Enter the current password as provided in the welcome email. Enter a new password and confirm in the fields provided. Click Ok to complete password change.
